PURCHASE AND SHIPPING

No, it is not necessary to be registered on the website to buy, but if you are registered you will be able to receive news, offers and specific promotions for members.

Our shipments are made with Correos (Spanish Post Office) delivery shall be made of 24 to 72 hours to the delivery address specify by the customer.

The estimated time agreed with Correos is 24 to 72 hours in national deliveries. If the orders are made before 16:00 in the afternoon they will be sent on the same day, the rest of the orders will leave the following day.

In extraordinary conditions (specific promotions, bank holidays …) the order could take longer. We will notice you of the expected delivery date if it exceeds 72 working hours.

Notice that the international deliveries shall be made within 1 or 10 working days.

Free shipping from an order over value 35€ made from Spain peninsular orders, Ceuta and Melilla. In lower purchases the shipping cost will be 4,19€ (Except for the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla which will be automatically calculated when you write down your address).

For purchases made from Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Portugal, the shipping cost will be free for purchases over  45€, for lower purchases the shipping costs will be variable depending on the destination of the order.

In the case of shipping to the Canary Islands, the shipping cost will be  10.63€, with free shipping from € 77 purchase.

For international orders the shipping costs will be variable depending on the country of destination, contact us by sending an email to [email protected] and we will inform you of the shipping costs.

We ship nationally and to countries belonging to the EU. Although the shipping costs are depending on the country of destination.

Yes, the invoice will be sent to the email provided if you are registered on our website. If you are not registered on our website you will have to contact us through [email protected]  to send you the invoice.

As long as we have not proceeded to send it, you can cancel the order and the payment will be refunded in full. To proceed with the cancellation of the order you have to contact us [email protected] and indicate your number order to locate it.

Our carriers will make several attempts at your address, if they cannot be delivered and it is returned to us for not having picked it up, we will proceed to cancel it, making refund of the amount except for the delivery charges. These costs will be borne by the customer.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns or exchanges made within 14 days from receipt of the product are accepted, as long as the product is in perfect condition, has not been washed or used, with its original packaging.

After checking the good condition of the item, in case of return, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount. The customer shall bear the delivery and returns charges.

In case of change, contact us and we will send you the courier company. The cost of the freight runs from your account, but we will bear the expenses of the next package that we send you.

If the return is due to any reason, excepting items due to a manufacturing defect in your order, you will have to pay the shipping costs and only the price of the returned item will be refunded.

If the reason for the change is due to a manufacturing defect, due to a mistake in the size and/or model, we will bear all the expenses to replace the product.
