DELIVERY OF ORDERS

Impossibility of delivery
If it is not possible to carry out the delivery of your order due to not being able to locate you at the destination address provided, our courier company will proceed to inform you of the place where you can pick up the package. You will have 5 days to collect it from the delivery notification date.
If the order is not picked up, it will be returned to us and we will proceed to cancel it, making a refund of the amount, except for the shipping costs. These expenses generated in the shipment will be borne by the USER.

Zone 1.- Orders to the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, will have free shipping from € 45, on lower purchases the cost will be € 5.14 (VAT excluded).
Zone 2.- Orders to the Canary Islands, will have free shipping from € 77, on lower purchases the cost will be € 8.78 (VAT excluded).
Zone 3.- Orders to Portugal, will have free shipping from € 45, on lower purchases the cost will be € 4.88 (VAT excluded).

PRICE, PAYMENTS AND VALIDITY OF THE OFFER
The prices indicated for each product include the legally established VAT. However, these costs do not include shipping costs. These amounts will be applied at the end of the shopping cart as it is related to the destination of the order.
